A graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy College of Law, Cassandra’s diverse legal background equips her to tackle the most complex family law issues with precision and confidence.
Her litigation experience began in the healthcare space, with McKeen and Associates, P.C., where she gained invaluable experience in high-stakes medical malpractice litigation. Cassandra also played pivotal roles in nationally significant cases, including a notable litigation team addressing the nationwide opioid crisis and a Multi-District Litigation team advocating for communities affected by water contamination. These experiences sharpened her skills in the areas of negotiation, litigation, and advocacy for justice—which Cassandra now leverages for our family law clients for strategic advantage in negotiation and resolution of family law disputes.
Today, Cassandra applies her broad legal expertise to all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody and support, paternity, parenting time disputes, and spousal support modifications. She is deeply committed to providing tailored, results-driven solutions for our clients’ most personal and challenging legal matters. She applies an analytical approach, that anticipates and seeks to outmaneuver opposing counsel, making her an invaluable ally toward achieving our clients’ goals and securing their futures. She is a life long learner and a participant in the Family Law Institute’s Family Law Certification program.
Raised in Leamington, Ontario—the tomato capital of the world—Cassandra has always felt a deep connection to Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, attending Pilates, traveling, reading, thrifting, and exploring metro-Detroit’s vibrant restaurant scene. Fluent in Polish and conversational in French, Cassandra effortlessly connects with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the legal process.
